Cloud Garden (에어리어 16 클라우드 가든), also known as District 16, is the district ruled by Bishop of the Elders and his hometown. The district is affiliated with the Hero Clan as it often hosts the Hero Trials and is home to the clan's 16th division of heroes. The district is also the residence of numerous heroes of the clan. The Prosecutor served as the Special Forces of the clan for the district before his capture by Villains.
The district is neither too rural that it's in the middle of nowhere, nor is it so urban that the security is very tight, the perfect place to hide away.

A local specialty of the district. The food is a fish-shaped pastry stuffed with sweetened red bean paste that mostly a street food. It's good as a snack while on a trip or in between meals.
History[]
During the Chaotic Era, a man known as Padrius Encilion once wandered around a desolate area and found three stone pillars that extended to the skies. This location would one day eventually become Cloud Garden of District 16 and the man's hometown.
In beginning of the era of Nera, at the height of the War of Inheritance, Cloud Garden was once taken over and conquered by Engen, a young Gift user and leading heir in the war.
