Dalia Mendoza, also known as The Punisher and Dalia the Punisher, is a member of the Hero Clan's Black Hand and the leader of The Fingers as the First Finger, the six strongest members of the intelligence agency and direct executioners of the clan.
As the First Finger, Dalia is the public figure of Black Hand that the clan dispatches as their public executioner to take care of particularly dangerous or priority targets, unlike other members that operate in secret.
She was revealed to have a connection with Yeon, the late sister of Hero Killer, as they were once associates in the Fingers. After the events of Nostra, Dalia became an enemy to Hero Killer.
Mendoza was introduced at the end of The Torch Arc and is one of the central antagonists in the series.
Appearance[]
Dalia is a woman with a mature looking face. She has fair skin, long straight black hair with a few strands of hair falling on her forehead and dark eyes that turn blue when she uses her Gift. She wears a long dark coat, a red turtle-neck pullover, black long tights and dark heels.
Personality[]
Dalia is a highly sadistic woman that takes delight in torturing her targets and mocking those she considers beneath her having made fun of the late Sledgehammer openly despite his position as a District Manager.

The Punisher has a meeting with Nanzu amongst a field of reeds following her failure in killing Hero Killer and capturing Chain.
The two assassins become confused while trying to remember the events of Operation Dusk and white haired woman's demise. Days later Mendoza is tasked by the Master of The Clan with stopping Engen and the Villains in their attack on Castle Gray.
