Dust City, also known as District 17: Dust City, is a district under the control of the Hero Clan. It was once a territory of Yushin of Yerim's in his time as a Elder before his loss against the Skysword over a century ago.
The district is the hometown of Ihwa, the Hero Killer and the rest of her family like late older sister Yeon, and Yushin, who took up residence while in hiding. The villain organization, the Nameless had its first base of operation stationed there and the district was the former residence of Chain, the CEO of Chain Logis.
Chaos was once the Special Forces of the district before his retirement and loss of Gift. Terror Knight would take over his duties.

The district, alongside Yerim, was once the territory of the Elder, Yushin in the Chaotic Era.
The Great War[]
Yushin ruled over the district for centuries, but lost ownership of them both after his defeat at the hands of a young man known as Skysword. The district fell under the Skysword and he established a division of his Hero Clan there.
During the Great War, the district was a battleground between the clan and the Villains of Nera. The most intense fighting took place during the final days of the war decades ago. Because of the war, most of the city became ruins but the central area and the overall population was able to rebuild and recover.

Following the Invasion of Castle Gray, Ihwa returns to the city amid the Hero Clan's Civil War. After killing the corrupt hero Sand Snake, the Hero Killer meets and reunites with her former mentor Yushin in the city cemetery. The two catch up by exchanging sword strikes with each other.
