The Gift allowed Tokata to generate neon-lime wind-based energy or effect that he could use to blast away an opponent.
Usage[]
Tokata could use the Gift to help him propel and travel extremely fast, such as when he traveled from the front of the Victoria Express to the back in mere seconds. When it came to offense Tokata could propel and strengthen his melee attacks such as punching or kicking with its energy.
If he couldn't rely on close combat, he would swirl the wind into itself to create an orb created by air pressure that can cause immense amounts of destruction and could blast wind from his body to repel assaults or the opponents themselves.
