Events/World Timeline

This article sets forth a timeline for the events that occurred in the world of Hero Killer, starting from the past and heading toward the present storyline.

Timeline

• Gifts, superhuman abilities possessed by people referred to as "Gift Users" start appearing. These abilities are produced from a special kind of energy called EST.
• The nation of Avaarin is founded.
  • The Tower of Milen Kula is constructed.

Era of the Four Witches

• Four individuals known as the Four Witches cross the Great Sea and settle in the main continent. However, a fairytale called The Delicate Man-Eater tells the story of a creature coming along as well after stowing away on their ship.

The Chaotic Era

• Constant swift and wars break out across every corner of the world.
• A farmer by the name of Reagan Sinclair slowly discovers that he is a Gift user as he doesn't age for decades.

The Era of the Lords

Formation of the Elders

• The Chaotic Era ends.
• A new order is created in the world with the formation of the Elders. The general public elects Nine of the most powerful Gift Users in the world as targets of worship and for the "light" that they emanated.
• The first nine Districts are built from the scarps of ruins.
• A competitive arms race of power begins. Some take up arms for their individual ambitions, while others because of envy, and numerous reasons.
• Individuals calling themselves Lords rise to prominence all over the known world. Those that follow them either clear the remaining rubble from the ruined cities or settle in unexplored lands.

The Era of Nera

• The kingdom of Nera becomes a dominating force in the world
