Healing was the Gift used by Jintae Yang. It allows one to heal wounds in exchange for EST.

Description

The Gift enables the user to heal others or themselves in exchange for EST. The speed of the healing corresponds with how severe the wound is as light scratches will recover almost instantaneously.

Usage

Jintae primarily used his Gift as a secondary ability to heal himself of grievous wounds whenever he was wounded in an intense fight, but he did use it to heal others. He would use its rarity as leverage to get Highnoon to cooperate with him.

The Gift was enhanced to incredible levels after Jintae had absorbed a fragment of The Torch with the output being significantly more amplified to the point he was able to cure the blinding wounds on his eyes from a shard weapon and instantly repair his body after it was reduced into literal pieces in his later confrontations against Hero Killer and the Nameless.

After defeating Jintae, Hero Killer used the Gift to heal others having healed both Chaos and Yushin from their respective ailments through her "procedure". In her fight with the Hero Clan's 17th Division, she would also use the Gift as a secondary ability to heal herself.

Weaknesses

While potent in its ability, the Gift’s capabilities are limited in what kind of injuries it can heal. This was seen when Jintae was forced to slit open his eyes and blind himself with Ijincheon’s knife which gave him black and white cracks over the wounds, that not even his Gift could mend before acquiring the Torch.

After acquiring the Gift, Hero Killer had difficulty using it, which was shown when she tried healing Sand Snake's severed arm but instead regenerated it into an entirely different length and again after "healing" Voltaire into an uncomfortable-looking lump with extra months. This showed that the Gift requires precise control and proper mental imaging to heal wounds.
