The Gift allowed Viper to phase through solid matter.

Weaknesses

Although the user can phase through solid matter they couldn't phase through living creatures.

Viper

Viper used this gift to phase through walls and to ascend to higher floors in buildings. Using this gift Viper can pass through bullets which were used to harm opponents when teamed up with Chaos.
