Killer's Time is the Gift used by Condor.

Description

The Gift enabled Condor to trap his opponents with them in an extra dimensional space created from EST. One enemy will die when the sand or snow in the hourglass runs out. It also has the side effect of allowing one to create clothes and weapons they wish while in the domain.

Weaknesses

The Gift consumes a massive amount of EST.
