Madam Liquor is a member of the Hero Clan and a hero in Nostra. She is a corrupted hero who takes bribes from the Villains as she turns a blind eye to their operations and activities. She is killed by Kasha.

After finally defeating Jintae Yang, Hero Killer is forced to make the decision between relinquishing all of the Gifts she's collected since the start of her journey to make a proper Breakthrough as Hekate uses Bridle of Silence to cushion the intensity of The Torch. Remembering Engen's advice to her, a very reluctant Ihwa gives in. In that moment, Jade, a frighten Grayman, and all the other Villains and heroes that she's killed appear to bid her good luck. An angry Ihwa accepts and sets them all free as they run into the "light".

- Acid Tongue: This gift allows Madam Liquor to generate acid on her tongue and extend her tongue as a means of attack.
