Nanzu, also known as Bone Blade, is a member of the Hero Clan's Black Hand and the Second Finger of The Fingers, the six strongest members of the intelligence agency and direct executioners of the clan. He was once a popular hero for the clan but ended up joining the Black Hand after he murdered the Previous Knight Commander of Avaarin in an underhanded ambush in order to steal the swordman's sword.
Nanzu was introduced at the start of the Assault on Castle Gray Arc, where he appeared in Chain's Ring's reliving of the events of Kasha's death during Operation Dusk and officially in a meeting with Dalia Mendoza to discuss the events and his own accounts of its failure.
Appearance[]
Nanzu is a large and tall man with dark skin tone, his facial appearance is currently unknown as he wears the stranded mask of the Black Hand. He wears the standard uniform of the Black Hand and carries a large sized sword on his back.

Nanzu's overall personality is unknown.
History[]
Nanzu's days as Bone Blade.
Nanzu's early life isn't fully known but he would join the Hero Clan at some point and operated under the codename of "Bone Blade".
He quickly became a popular hero during his work at the border of Castle Gray but one day he targeted the Previous Knight Commander of Avaarin, a member of the Four Swordsmen the strongest swordmen in the world, in an ambush.
He murdered the famed swordsman and stole his treasured sword in order to wield for himself, at some point after that he started working as the Second Finger of Black Hand's The Fingers.
Nanzu Stabbing Yeon.
During Operation Dusk, Nanzu was assigned to assassinate the Sixth Finger, Kasha. The Black Hand confronted her after gathering many of their members. The young assassin mocked them for it and immediately started killing Black Hand members, however, Nanzu took advantage of the fight and managed to heavily wound her. He then subdued her with his Gift, but before they could finish her off, Yushin arrived and intervened as he fought them off with Yeon escaping in the confusion[1].
The Ghost of Dusty City would finish them as he cut through their remaining numbers but Nanzu along with Majesty, Saint Light, Immortal and Agent Number Seven managed to hold their own against the former Elder and escape before being killed.
Story[]
Assault on Castle Gray Arc[]
Nanzu has a meeting with Dalia Mendoza, the Punisher amongst a field of reeds sometime after her failed mission to capture Chain and killing Hero Killer.
The two assassins become confused while trying to remember the events of Operation Dusk as Nanzu remembers the operation failing twice in its history and Yushin's appearance but Mendoza remembering the silver-haired woman being killed.
Hero Clan's Civil War Arc[]
Nanzu attends the meeting of the Fingers to introduce the new Sixth Finger to Dalia Mendoza after the failure of her mission to kill the Smiling Man.
Trivia[]
- It's unknown if Nanzu is being sought out by the people of Avaarin for his act of dishonor against them.
