Operation Dusk was a top-secret covert operation carried out under orders from the executives of the Hero Clan to "purge traitors" to the clan. The operation is remembered as the reason behind the death of Kasha, Hero Killer's older sister and the Sixth Finger of the Black Hand.
Known Information[]
Record 1. The [REDACTED] incident caused loss of self-purification ability as a side effect of the clan's hypertrophy. This resulted in the flight risk of heroes. The chief executives of [REDACTED], which brought on the need to create [REDACTED]. However, the powerful Villains hid the [REDACTED] or perished. [REDACTED] ordered the return of [REDACTED] to those within the clan considered "insolent" or "difficult to control". They were collected with little resistance.[1]
Despite the general information collected by Hero Killer and her allies, the Nameless, very little is known about the overall operation aside from the involvement of Paladin, the Special Forces of YS Harbor and the operation failing twice in its history. However, the reason behind for one of its failures is a hero named Dusk.
Dusk would escape from Black Hand's assassination attempt after receiving help from Senshu, the Fourth Finger. Dusk quickly went into hiding but maintained contact with Senshu.[2]

Dalia Mendoza has a meeting with Nanzu her fellow Finger from the Black Hand. The two assassins become confused while trying to remember the events of Operation Dusk and a certain agent's demise as the Finger remembers the operation being a complete failure twice.
A few days after Reagan Sinclair's defeat, Baek-Ji explains to a departing Hero Killer about the operation's twice failure in its history and the origins of the name. "Dusk" refers to a hero named Dusk, who was targeted by the Hero Clan.
