Owl is an extremely powerful Gift user and one of the Elders, the nine strongest Gift users in the world. While one of the most mysterious members, like Prim Anville, Owl has dedicated himself to looking for The Line throughout the Northern Continent, the coldest land in the world.
Mentioned numerous times, Owl was introduced in the War of Disbandment Arc after Prim summoned the Elders to discuss The Line.
Appearance[]
Owl is an extremely muscular, old looking man with long, grey hair and beard. His left eye is false as it houses his Elder symbol, a bright white nine-pointed star shape. He is often seen wearing only pants preferring to wear nothing else above.
Personality[]
Owl's overall personality isn't fully known but he appears to be stalwart, having spent centuries searching for ways to prevent the main continent from flooding.
Unlike his fellow Elders, Owl is indifferent to overcoming The Steel Witch wanting to instead focus on his own tasks rather than clashing against the indomitable woman.
History[]
Owl’s early life is a complete mystery as nothing is known about it as he was born centuries ago during the days of Chaotic Era. After the Chaotic Era, he was crowned an Elder after being elected by the people due to his immense powers as a Gift user.
In beginning of the era of Nera, Owl and the other Elders chose to ignore The King of Nera's rise to power with The Torch and his conquest against the district lords.[1]
In an unknown period of time, Owl started searching for The Line in the Northern Continent, just like Prim Anville. However, unlike Prim who wandering around, Owl is often seen exercising on the icy mountains, such as climbing giant cliffs, or meditating on the mountaintop.

In Yushin's speech about the turning of the wheel to Victoria, Owl is seen climbing a steep mountaintop in the Northern Continent. [2]
Nostra City Arc[]
Owl does not attend the Elders Summit, as he continues to search for The Line while accompanied with a boy and large wolf.[3]
War of Disbandment Arc[]
Owl is seen meditating on the mountaintop, as he notices Prim's signal for another Elders Summit.[4]
