Rhodos, also known as the Empire of Light, is the district founded and ruled by Victoria, a member of the Elders and the strongest hero of the Hero Clan. It is the home of Galeramdt Garagh of the Four Swordsmen and Hekate.

As par an arrangement with Bishop, Milen Kula challenges Victoria to a fight during the Hero Clan's Civil War. The ancient warrior summons his bow and fires an arrow from Avaarin all the way across the ocean to strike Victoria's throne room, but Galeramdt Garagh manages to catch the arrow as Victoria welcomes the challenge. The famed hero decides to head out in order to fight her former guardian in their promised battle.[1]
