Kirine, also known by her codename Sharpshooter, is a member of the Hero Clan and the former disciple of Chaos. She was once a member of the 17th Division of District 17: Dust City before her captured by the Nameless's attack and the destruction of the division.

She was introduced in the District 17 Assault Arc, where she and the rest of the 17th Division heroes tried to defeat the Nameless during their attack on their HQ. But she was instead defeated and captured by the villains as par Engen's plans and indirectly sparred from death.

The Nameless would place a bomb chocker on to her neck and blackmail her into working for them, she was an indirect ally in Hero Candidate Arc having helped out Hero Killer and spied on Chain from the shadows and appeared again in The Torch Arc as she helped her former mentor, Chaos fight against the villain Puppeteer. Since the Assault on Castle Gray Arc, she was set free.

Appearance

Kirine is a young woman with a beautiful appearance. She has rouge pink hair with dark pinkish red eyes.

Personality

Kirine appeared to be an arrogant and prideful woman, but she is actually a textbook tsudere.

History

Kirine's early life isn't fully known but she was likely born around the waning years of the era of Nera and before the start of the Great War. In her childhood, she was forced into being a child soldier for a Villain organization called the Coalition and fought in the Great War as their combatant.

As the war continued to rage on, Kirine's entire unit was destroyed during a battle of which she was the sole survivor but was greatly traumatized by these events. Though alive, Kirine spotted two members of the Hero Clan's unit as they were arguing with each other, she attempted to kill one of them but is spotted by the other one who pushes his comrade out of the way to only end up getting stabbed by her. Heavy Smoker knocks her out and gets ready to finish her off, but his partner, Jeremy Bernstein fires his gun into the air to stop him.

As the two heroes continue their argument, Kirine is barely conscious but is suddenly picked up and hugged by the Hero that saved her.

Having saved her life, Kirine is taken in by Jeremy and is recruited into the Hero Clan against Smoker's advice who also issued a complaint. Kirine is looked down on by those who question her purpose due to her past and she is bullied as they make fun of her trauma, but Jeremy looks out for her as he steps in to stop them.

Sharpshooter, Claymore, and Stonefist are summoned to 17th Division's HQ.

Hero Candidate Arc

Sharpshooter is seen in the distract the other heroes helping Hero Killer escape from the Prosecutor and Golden Arrow's attack on her.

The Torch Arc

After Chaos entered the Arena, he was attacked and almost killed by Puppeteer as they control Viper's dead body, it was then that he called for Kirine's help. Together they put down Viper once more.

Assault on Castle Gray Arc

Kirine is seen in one of her modeling sessions when the news of the civil war erupting in the ranks of the Hero Clan reaches her.
