The Knight Commander of Avaarin is a member of the Four Swordsmen and the greatest swordsman of Avaarin, the warrior nation. He resides in the Tower of Milen Kula and acts as the overseer for the ancient Shard.
The Knight Commander made his first appearance at the beginning of the Assault on Castle Gray Arc, in which he met Engen and swore to track down the villain for the Smiling Man's role in the capture of Prosecutor.
Appearance[]
The Knight Commander's overall appearance is currently unknown aside from a towering height as he towered over Engen. He is covered in head to toe in dark colored heavy armor and his facial features are unknown with an Avaarin made helmet covering his face.
Personality[]
The Knight Commander's overall personality is unknown, but he abides to the traditions of his people regardless of his personal feelings. He showed that he cared deeply for Prosecutor having sworn to track down Engen in order to rescue him.
As a sword wielder, the Knight Commander fully understands the romanticism associated with wielding a sword regardless of having other extraordinary abilities or talents.[1]
History[]
After the Previous Knight Commander of Avaarin was killed in an ambush by the hero known as Bone Blade, a man was chosen to be his generation's "Knight Commander" due to his prowess as a swordsman and warrior.
It's assumed that he came to know Saulcai, the late Commander's former student and the two warriors became good friends.

Nostra City Arc[]
When Engen and Abyss Dancer traveled to Avaarin and defeated the guards of the Tower of Milen Kula, Engen enters the tower and meets the Commander.
The Smiling Man asks if the tower welcomes outsiders and evildoers as the Commander confirms that he won't stop him from climbing the tower, Engen taunts the Commander for losing one of his soldiers after he asks what Engen did to the Prosecutor.
The Knight Commander promises to hunt down the villain if he manages to climb and survive the trials of the tower while Engen smiles at the threat.[2]
Hero Clan's Civil War Arc[]
Milen Kula visits the tower and is welcomed by the guards of the shard while the Knight Commander kneels to welcome the Elder. The Knight Commander makes good of his words to track Engen down. With assistance from Vector, a former associate of the Elder, the Knight Commander leads a group of Avaarinian warriors to attack the Villain following his battle with Hero Killer. The Commander clashes against the Elder who mocks him for using Prosecutor as an excuse to attack him while The Undead, and the rest of the Nameless fend off the warriors of Avaarin's assault who are assisted by the remaining Legion heroes but the Smiling Man leaves after accomplishing their objective.[3]
