The Torch Arc is the 3rd story arc of Hero Killer web comic.
The Villains and Hero Clan come to blows in a clash over the possession of the mysterious shard known as The Torch that is said to grant "wishes" to those that have it.
Amid all this conflict, Hero Killer continues her duties as the hero "Kasha". Along the way she'll meet many new characters along with reuniting with some old faces, challenges in form of vicious villains and powerful heroes, a deadly new rival with a grudge, and a mysterious young girl named Nenya.

- Prosecutor is captured and taken prisoner by the Villains.
- Ihwa is lured into a trap set up by Jintae Yang with Highnoon's cooperation.
- Hero Killer clashes against Jintae Yang, the strongest Villain of their generation, and the two villains become rivals.
- Highnoon, worried about the possibile threat from her, betrays Hero Killer once again.
- Hero Killer is killed in battle but she survives death with the use of John Nash's Mercury Body.
- Bishop leaves Cloud Garden and Fullmoon regains control of the district.
