Tokata was an infamous Villain and the leader of Vendetta, a villain gang. He was the archenemy of Bareknuckles, the infamously xenophobic hero of Cloud Garden, and wanted revenge on the hero for sending him to prison years ago.
He would become an enemy to Hero Killer during his and gang's scheme to pay back Bareknuckle and became an ally to Jintae Yang and his gang before he was killed by the swordsman in Nostra.
He was introduced in the Hero Candidate Arc, where he and Vendetta hijacked the Victoria Express in order to ambush Bareknuckles but instead encountered and fought with Hero Killer on her way towards the Hero Trials.
Appearance[]
Tokata was a charming-looking man with a messy puce-grey hair cap with a fuzz hair cut directly below his hair and thinly shaved undercut around his ears. He had a snake-scale tattoo that is shown around the base of his neck and presumably hidden under his clothes. His clothing style contained a dark brown tank vest that covered a normal neck buttoned white shirt. His pants are the same color as his tank vest and wore a business-casual pair of black shoes.

Tokata was probably one of the strangest but most naive among the villains. Unlike most villains, he had a sense of camaraderie having cried when hearing that Dave was killed and furiously went after Hero Killer.
He was known for holding a grudge but appears to extremely gullible and unsuspecting man as Ihwa declared her name to him as "Vector" which is a commonly masculine name, and Tokata believed that was her name.
