Tokata was a notorious Villain and the leader of Vendetta, a feared gang of criminals. He had a long-standing rivalry with Bareknuckles, the xenophobic hero of Cloud Garden, stemming from the fact that Bareknuckles had sent him to prison years earlier. Driven by a thirst for revenge, Tokata made it his mission to take down the hero.
Tokata's vendetta against Bareknuckles would eventually lead him into conflict with Hero Killer, as he and his gang sought to settle the score with Bareknuckles. However, during this pursuit, Tokata crossed paths with Jintae Yang and his gang, eventually becoming an ally to them. His story came to an end when he was killed by a swordsman in Nostra.
Tokata was first introduced during the Hero Candidate Arc, where he and Vendetta hijacked the Victoria Express, planning to ambush Bareknuckles. However, their plans were derailed when they encountered Hero Killer, who was traveling to the Hero Trials, and engaged in a fierce battle with her instead.
Appearance[]
Tokata was a charming-looking man with a messy puce-grey hair cap a fuzz hair cut directly below his hair and a thinly shaved undercut around his ears. He had a snake-scale tattoo that was shown around the base of his neck and presumably hidden under his clothes.
His clothing style contained a dark brown tank vest that covered a normal neck buttoned white shirt. His pants are the same color as his tank vest and wore a business-casual pair of black shoes.

Tokata was probably one of the strangest but most naive among the villains. Unlike most villains, he had a sense of camaraderie having cried when hearing that Dave was killed and furiously went after Hero Killer.
He was known for holding a grudge but appeared to extremely gullible and unsuspecting man as Ihwa declared her name to him as "Vector" which is a commonly masculine name, and Tokata believed that was her name.

Etymology[]
- Tokata has roots in Native American languages, specifically among the Lakota and other Sioux tribes. In the Lakota language, Tokata means "future" or "coming," often associated with a sense of destiny or something that lies ahead. It is a name that carries a sense of hope and foresight.
Trivia[]
- Hero Killer once referred to the Shard, Kho'temte as "Tokata's book" in remembrance of the late villain during her first battle with Immortal.[1]
